Our trained nursing staff provide professional care and assistance to our residents. They are also responsible for the continuous further development of modern care concepts and quality standards in professional nursing care. They are assisted by our senior companions and support staff. As such, in addition to basic primary care tasks, they offer regular individual and group support services, develop new offerings and pay particular attention to our residents with increased need for assistance.

Maintenance, cleaning and meal services: All of these contribute significantly to the comfortable atmosphere in our community care homes and senior centres. Our housekeeping and technical staff ensure that our residents feel thoroughly comfortable. For example, they are the point of contact in case of technical issues or ensure smooth operations in the dining room or in our eat-in kitchens.

Our centrally organised functions such as quality management, hygiene, training, personnel development, service accounting, administration and contract management are bundled at our premises in Kernen-Stetten. The employees there develop processes further, initiate new projects and, behind the scenes, ensure the framework conditions for day-to-day work in our care facilities. This involves close contact with our employees on site.
